Terms and Conditions

The client hereby allows Outside and Instant Photography to display any photograph covered by this contract to promote the business in advertising in multi-media including but not limited to: websites, brochures and sample albums.

 

Outside and Instant Photography holds the copyright to all images produced.

 

Client(s) are free to use the images produced and purchased from Outside and Instant Photography how they wish for their own personal use. However, these most not be used for profit and if used in any publication full credit must be given to Outside and Instant Photography.

 

All images provided by Outside and Instant Photography to the client(s) will be edited to Outside and Instant Photography’s own style and specification. A client can request a reedit or retouch of any image, this request will be limited and at Outside and Instant Photography’s discretion. Outside and Instant Photography reserve the right to retain the unedited images.

 

Bookings are confirmed once booking fees and deposits have been received, these are as follows:

 

A non-refundable booking fee of £100 for The Event Pop Up Studio

A non-refundable booking fee of £100 for Wedding Photography packages.

A non-refundable booking fee of £100 for either The Magic Mirror Photo Booth or Vintage Camera Photo Booth.

 

For Photo shoot sessions full payment of the session fee is now required at the time of booking. Bookings are confirmed once the full payment has been received, these are as follows:

• One hour family photo shoot £85

• 30 minute child photo shoot £45

• Tiny Moments Newborn photography session £99

• Mini sessions – price varies

 

 

The booking fee / session fee will confirm your booking (This does not affect your consumer rights), once paid acceptance of the terms and conditions as published on the Outside and Instant Photography website will be made. The booking fee will be deducted from the cost of the clients chosen package when calculating the final balance that is due.

 

Full payment of the remaining balance will be due 2 weeks before the event date. We will send an invoice reminder 4 weeks before the event. With the exception of family, child or Newborn photography shoots full session fees are required at time of booking and can be rescheduled with 48 hours notice.

 

Additional goods and services ordered must be paid for in full at the time of ordering.

 

In the event of a cancellation by Outside and Instant Photography, or in the very unlikely event of total photographic failure, liability shall be limited to a full refund of any fees paid. Outside and Instant Photography has full professional indemnity liability insurance.

 

In the event a client cancels a package with less than 2 weeks’ notice full payment will be retained. The client is hereby advised to take out an appropriate insurance policy to cover any expenses incurred in the event of cancellation.

 

Any directions issued to clients, their guests or employees during a photographic shoot are deemed to be at said persons own risk. The photographer cannot be held responsible for any personal accidents during a photographic shoot.
